Shipping
We aim to ship all products within 2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. 

Shipping within Denmark is sent with GLS and takes 1-2 business days to arrive after the order is processed.

Shipping within the EU is sent with DHL and takes 2-3 business days to arrive after the order is processed.

Shipping to the rest of the world is sent with DHL and takes 3-7 business days to arrive from the order is processed, excluding the time it takes to clear the goods in customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

We offer free shipping within Denmark for orders above 100 EUR, within EU for orders above 150 EUR, and to the rest of the world for orders above 200 EUR.


Taxes and duties
If  you are located within the EU, VAT is included in the prices on our webshop.

Please note that if you are located outside of the EU, the prices on our products listed are excluding VAT, and taxes and duties may be set by the customs authorities in your country.  Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering. We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. 

Please check your local tax and duty rates as they may be charged separately prior to delivery - a 30 EUR return fee will be deducted from your refund if duties are refused and goods returned to us.


Returns, refunds & exchanges
For sanitary reasons, underwear bottoms are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

Please read our size & fit guide carefully before making your purchase to avoid choosing a wrong size by mistake, and reach out to us directly if you have any additional size and fit questions.
